Dear Friend,

In The Kentaro Sono Letter 2024, in the issue No. 293, the author Kentaro Sono (It's me) writes:

Ordinary people don’t like to do something out of routine. It’s not about ethically right or wrong. It’s not about financial gain or loss. It’s not about saving time or wasting time... It’s all about what you are used to do and what you are not used to do. We stick to doing we got used to stubbornly.

This stubbornness is far stronger than we think.

In the psychological jargon, this stubbornness is called as the “comfort zone”. We try to stick to this “comfort zone” no matter what.
